I take the numbers and noise coming out of operations and turn them into decisions. And I teach teams to use AI well enough that they stop needing me. I build capability, not dependency.

I'm Sarah Groogan, a lifelong Alaskan with more than 20 years in business: accounting, finance, HR, and strategic projects, inside corporations, nonprofits, and government. I know how organizations actually run because I've run the messy parts of them.
